12-day combination trip GP Qatar / GP Abu Dhabi

Day 1 (Thursday 26 November 2026): Today your departure to Doha will be from Amsterdam Schiphol. Your flight departs at 16:15 in the afternoon. You will fly directly to Doha. You must be present at the Qatar Airways check-in desk 2 hours before departure. We expect to arrive at Doha airport at 23:30 today. Our guide will be waiting for you at the airport and will go with you to our 4***** hotel. Our hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport.

Day 2 (Friday 27 November 2026): After a good and hearty breakfast you have a transfer to the circuit, of course afterwards you have a transfer back to our hotel. Today the first and second free practice sessions are on the program.

Day 3 (Saturday, November 28, 2026): Today we will travel to the circuit again for the 3^de free practice and qualifying

Day 4 (Sunday 29 November 2026): Today we will visit the circuit to watch the Grand Prix live. We will have a transfer to the circuit early in the afternoon, so you can have breakfast at your leisure this morning.

Day 5 (Monday, November 30, 2026): In the afternoon, we will depart for Dubai together. Your transfer to Doha Airport has, of course, been arranged by us. After arriving at Dubai Airport, you and our guide will be transferred to our hotel in Dubai. After checking in, you will have the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 6 (Tuesday, December 1, 2026): Today you have the entire day at your leisure.

Day 7 (Wednesday, December 2, 2026) Today you again have the entire day at your leisure.

Day 8 (Thursday 3 December 2026): Today you can choose to join our excursion day. Today after breakfast there are a number of great excursions on the program for the people who have booked this fantastic VIP day, and you will see Dubai like you have never seen Dubai before! Lunch and dinner are of course included. We will leave from the lobby of the hotel at 09:00 and will be back at the hotel around 23:00.

Day 9 (Friday 4 December 2026): At 10:30 you will be taken to the circuit for the free practice sessions. Of course we will take you back to the hotel in the evening after the end of the program. If you would like to attend the concerts tonight, tomorrow evening or Sunday evening, that is of course possible. Please note that you will have to make your own way back to the hotel by taxi.

Day 10 (Saturday 5 December 2026): Today you can sleep in and have a leisurely breakfast. The racing activities will not start until later in the day. The transfer leaves late in the morning (around 10:30) to the Yas Marina Circuit for qualifying and the support programme. Afterwards you will be taken back to the hotel.

Day 11 (Sunday 6 December 2026): Today the Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi is on the program. This is the last race of the Formula 1 season 2021! At 10:30 you have a transfer to the circuit like every year. Afterwards you have another transfer to the. Our guide will tell you on the way to the circuit what time the bus will go back to the hotel after the race.

Day 12 (Monday 7 December 2026): You will have enough time this morning to have breakfast and check out at your leisure. Our flight to Amsterdam will depart at 15:20. You will have a transfer to Dubai airport at the end of the morning (11:30). We expect to arrive at Schiphol airport at 20:00 this evening. We hope you look back on a great
